December 12: Ford Farm Wookey Hole Cave-Aged Cheddar
Made with local milk from Dorset herds that graze on lush pastures, wrapped in cloth and ripened in the Wookey Hole caves in Mendip Hills. Earthy, sweet aroma with a nutty, salty flavour and a slight tart finish.
